The Academy Fellows are an incredibly diverse group of leaders:
  • 240 high-potential, emerging leaders with a passion for community involvement
  • Represent all industries, including corporate, non-profit, entrepreneurs, faith-based organizations and government.
  • 48% minority
  • 50/50 split of native v. non-native Memphians
  • Average age of 34
  • Serve on more than 100 local non-profit boards

The Academy Fellows is a competitive scholarship program.  Participants go through a stringent nomination and application process, and only 60 Fellows are invited to complete the program each year.
