Marcus Buckingham in Memphis

Marcus Buckingham shared his message on discovering your strengths to a sold out crowd of Academy Alumni and other community leaders at the University of Memphis Holiday Inn on October 11.  The 700+ group explored valuable leadership lessons related to identifying and cultivating personal strengths for the benefit of your work, personal and community life.  This event marked the 10th anniversary of the Academy’s work in leadership development.
