Diabetes Prevention, partnerwed with Healthy Memphis Common Table

This team partnered with the Church Health Center and Healthy Memphis Common Table to raise awareness as well as funds for resources to combat youth diabetes in the 38126 zip code - a low-income, low-resource area. Fellow Al Wooten's passion for this issue and this project earned him a position on the board of Healthy Memphis Common Table.
