911 Access for Latino Community, partnered with Latino Memphis and Shelby County 911 Board

This team of Fellows compiled and organized instruction guides for 911 dispatchers to reference when working with Spanish-speaking callers. They also designed and produced guides for the Hispanic community to reference in emergency situations.
