What Inspires You to Make Memphis Home?

Developed by The Leadership Academy and launched in March 2009, MemphisConnect responds to the community's call for an online space where diverse, city-shaping Memphians discuss the opportunities, organizations and activities that inspire them to make Memphis home.

Here Memphians share their fervor for the Bluff City, and build upon the great things going on in our neighborhoods and schools, in our industries and workplaces, in our parks and along our Mississippi riverfront, by day, by night, in downtown, midtown, Orange Mound, Germantown and beyond.

We are excited to announce that MemphisConnect has been recognized by Memphis Fast Forward, and the site is now a part of the most ambitious plan for accelerating economic growth and prosperity throughout the Memphis and Shelby County community.
