The Masters/Leadership Development Intensive (LDI) Program for experienced executives reinforces your leadership capacities by building on your personal strengths.
Exercising leadership is a high-risk and demanding enterprise. The LDI, delivered in partnership with the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), is a highly interactive 3 ½ day experience. The program uses innovative techniques including:
- Completely customized self-assessments and 360-degree evaluations of your leadership behaviors and communication style
- Expert, one-on-one feedback from a highly trained specialist from CCL who will assist in interpreting and clarifying your individual assessment data and work with you to create an action plan. These professionals regularly coach C-level employees of Fortune 500 companies.
- Research that benchmarks your leadership style against CEOs from hundreds of companies around the world
- Experiential interactions and case study exercises that drive self-discovery.
