The Leadership Development Intensive / Masters Program is a 3 1/2 day, in-depth seminar delivered in partnership with the world-renowned Center for Creative Leadership. More than 520 executives have completed this program, which uses innovative self-assessment tools and experiential learning to empower established leaders to better understand and use their strengths.
