The Masters/Leadership Development Intensive (LDI) Program for experienced executives reinforces your leadership capacities by building on your personal strengths. 

Exercising leadership is a high-risk and demanding enterprise. The LDI, delivered in partnership with the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), is a highly interactive 3 ½ day experience designed for leaders at the top of their game.  

The program uses innovative techniques including:

• Completely customized self-assessments and 360-degree evaluations of your leadership behaviors and communication style

• Expert, one-on-one feedback from a highly trained specialist from CCL who will assist in interpreting and clarifying your individual assessment data and work with you to create an action plan.  These professionals regularly coach C-level employees of Fortune 500 companies.

• Research that benchmarks your leadership style against CEOs from hundreds of companies around the world

• Experiential interactions and case study exercises that drive self-discovery.

More than 650 Mid-South executives have completed this program, which uses innovative self-assessment tools and experiential learning to empower established leaders to better leverage their strengths. See a list of the Academy Alumni here.

Leaders expand important relationships and gain valuable insights in the Masters Program, but this experience is just the beginning of their engagement. The Academy provides ongoing opportunities for Masters to connect with peer executives who participate in Academy programs and special events.
