How We Hire

Where can I find open roles?

When roles are available, you’ll see them posted on this page and also on LinkedIn. We don’t currently accept resumes from applicants when there are no open roles.

Do I have to be a former educator to be considered?

Many of our staff members are former educators whose expertise and firsthand experience strengthen our client engagements. We also have team members who support our operations through their expertise in other fields. Among them: the project managers who ensure our client work happens on schedule; technology specialists who maintain our IT infrastructure; administrative and finance specialists who keep our operations seamless; and marketing specialists who help us reach prospective clients.

What if I don’t meet all of the qualifications for a role?

We know that few candidates will meet every single requirement in a job description. If you’re excited about a role you see with us and believe you could be a great fit, we encourage you to apply. Skills and experiences come in many forms. We value both credentials and potential.

What happens after I submit my application? 

We review all applications and conduct phone interviews with those whose skillsets, experience, and potential are most compatible with the position requirements and needs. We then extend invitations for remote panel interviews to those candidates who are determined to be most aligned to the needs of the role and our organization. Depending on the role, there may be more than one remote panel interview in addition to an interview with the hiring manager.

How long does the hiring process take?

The timeframe varies, based on the number of overall applicants and the number of applicants who are selected to move forward. The process can take several weeks due to scheduling, though we always aim to fill open roles as quickly as possible.
