Unifying efforts, amplifying impact
Our work becomes exponentially more powerful in collaboration with philanthropic partners and mission-aligned organizations.
Foundations, corporations, and universities that invest in supporting education leaders help to deepen our impact and expand what’s possible across systems and states.
The result? More schools where students are academically challenged and fully prepared to carry their brilliance from the classroom into the world.

Partnership in Action
Future-Ready System Leaders
When education leaders in Massachusetts needed a stronger superintendent pipeline, we collaborated to expand leadership pathways. Supported in part by philanthropic investment, this two-year fellowship program prepares future superintendents to center students in every decision, engage families in the school community, and coach and develop teachers and staff. The program has graduated five cohorts of aspiring superintendents and counting, with 51% of its participants being promoted to higher-level roles.
Leading for All Learners
As one Midwest school system saw its multilingual student population grew, leaders saw the need for more multilingual education leaders. Partnering with the school system and a university, we launched a program for school leaders, teachers, and staff, making sure we also built the system’s capacity to sustain it. Participants credited the program with helping them support stronger instructional practices and high-quality learning for multilingual students.
