Grounded in our Facilitative, Competency-Based (FCB) Coaching Model, this series equips participants with the language, tools, and strategies to deepen their practice and more effectively develop leaders who drive sustainable improvement and stronger outcomes for students.

Across three interactive sessions, participants build fluency in listening, questioning, and feedback while learning how to intentionally create the conditions for sustained leadership development. Through real-time practice, reflection, and structured tools, participants strengthen their ability to challenge and support leaders in ways that shift mindsets, influence decisions, and improve outcomes for students and families.
The series also emphasizes how to foster self-reflection and ownership in leaders. It culminates with a focus on effectively closing coaching engagements, positioning leaders to sustain growth and continue developing beyond the coaching cycle.
