Leadership Pathways Redesign Lab

Is your leadership pathway innovating and evolving fast enough to prepare leaders for today’s demands?

Strengthen Your Leadership Pathway for Greater Impact

You’ve built a leadership pathway. Now the question is whether it’s delivering the impact you intended. Strengthening that impact requires dedicated time, structured tools, and meaningful feedback to examine what’s working and improve what’s not.

The Leadership Pathways Redesign Lab is a summer cohort for district teams ready to do that work. Through focused design time, practical tools, and feedback from peers and coaches, teams make targeted improvements that strengthen leader development, retention, and overall program impact.

From Ideas to Implementation

Across five highly interactive virtual sessions and a personalized coaching conversation, teams engage in hands-on design work grounded in their own program and district context. Participants examine current implementation, challenge assumptions about impact, and use data, peer feedback, and research-based tools to strengthen program coherence and effectiveness. Each session is structured as a working space where teams actively revise materials, test ideas, and make meaningful progress.

This is not sit-and-get professional learning. Teams leave each session with clear next steps and continue design work between sessions, gathering stakeholder input and testing improvements in real time. By the end of the Lab, participants are ready to implement a refined leadership pathway program and equipped to lead continuous improvement across their district.

Wondering if this is the right for you and your team? Take this 5-minute readiness assessment to reflect on your current program, your team’s capacity, and your readiness for this work.
