Participants will join a national learning community of nearly 300 principal supervisors across 78 districts in 23 states, building their ability to coach principals, use data to drive decisions, and lead coherent improvement efforts across networks of schools.
Designed for busy leaders, this learning series includes five interactive virtual sessions plus one in-person convening and school visit. The site-based experience features classroom observations, analysis of principal supervisor–principal coaching, and real-world examples of mission-driven leadership. Participants leave the Transformative Principal Supervision prepared to translate learning into action, with tools and routines designed for immediate impact.
