“In our work, we think about the impact of the leader and how they’ll contribute to teacher satisfaction, academic achievement, less exclusionary discipline, and the ability to retain teachers of color who represent our students. Leadership matters, and that’s why I show up every day,” said President and CEO Nancy Gutiérrez on Cup of Joy Cafe, a web series hosted by Big Picture Learning.
